This buster knot works well. I got it for my aches and pains while I was in a law enforcement Academy and has served me well. It's easy to travel with and easy to take out and use on site anywhere. You can also use it on other people and yourself. It's not just for knots but good for aches and pains in your lower back, shoulders and elsewhere. It's a hard ball of plastic but it works amazingly.
